For security reasons, CLAAS introduced multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Outlook Web Access.
This means, you’ll be asked to verify your log-in with your password and an additional method.


If you have not yet set up MFA, you must first register for the MFA procedure.
Without prior registration, you cannot use MFA or access Outlook Web Access.
